  • The demo chat widget on this site is for illustration only and does not provide professional advice.

The website, its design, and its content are owned by Thinkly unless otherwise stated. Ownership of custom deliverables created for a client is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

Pricing is provided on request and confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment terms are set out in your engagement agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinkly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability for paid engagements is addressed in the relevant agreement.
