The team behind Thinkly
Thinkly is run by a small senior team of AI engineers, automation specialists and product designers. Between us we bring hands-on experience across the surfaces that matter for production automation:
- AI engineering lead — 8+ years building production software; specialises in LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), evaluation pipelines and prompt engineering across OpenAI, Anthropic and Google model families.
- Voice & telephony engineer — designs and ships real-time voice agents on LiveKit, Vapi, Retell and Twilio Programmable Voice, including barge-in handling, warm handoff and multilingual STT/TTS pipelines.
- Workflow & integrations engineer — deep experience with n8n, Make, Zapier and custom serverless workflows on Cloudflare Workers and AWS Lambda; integrates HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Stripe, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Product & UX designer — 10+ years designing conversational interfaces and internal tools, with a focus on human-in-the-loop review, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and measurable business outcomes.
- Compliance & security advisor — advises on GDPR, UK DPA, HIPAA-aligned workflows and POPIA for regulated deployments in healthcare, finance and legal.
Between the founders we have shipped AI and automation systems for clinics, e-commerce brands, SaaS companies and professional-services firms across five countries. Client references are available on request during the discovery call.
